I agree that euthanasia should be made legal, I don't think its fair that if someone is terminally ill and wants to die sooner they shouldn't be aloud to have their own lives ended. It seems to me it is a form of control, basically playing God and telling people they can't end their own lives, it's their life they should be able to do what they want with it but it's never that simple. "Religion takes a firm stand insisting that euthanasia is against the word and will of God. If humankind has approved homosexuality, suicide and abortion in the face of religious opposition why can it not approve euthanasia?" Suicide is usually private, whereas euthanasia is basically asking someone to kill you, but what about turning off someones life support machine? That is something someone has no say in and they are going to die without the life support machine but if someone is terminally ill and never going to get better and will defiantly die why shouldn't they have the choice of having their life ended?
